From our founder

Thank you in advance for considering us as a partner. I’ve spent most of my career working at tech companies. Comapnies that range from early stage startups like Series Financial and Hirewire, to large enterprises like Uber Corporate. Being on the inside as a manager, and also as a recruiting coordinator, I’ve experienced personally how broken so much of recruiting is.

Recruiting firms exists to save their clients time growing their team. As a manager and recruiting cooridnator, I would get so many candidates submitted from the agencies we worked with, which sounds great! However, most of the candidates I spoke with didn’t know much about my team, didn’t have clear excitement or communicaiton skills, and overlly were too often not slightly close to being a fit for us.

So many recruiting agencies throw spaghetti at the wall, in hopes that when you hire just one of their candidates, they will be paid.

We operate differently. We want to submit as few of candidates as posisble, that we’ve already vetting and examined thoroughly. We want to save you time, while you continue to grow and focus on anything and everything else. Your candidates will be ones that we know well and stand behind, and we look forward to showing you how much that helps.
